Had Pro Tools for about a year now. About 4 months ago my computer 'blows out!' Hard Drive is fried I lose everything...I order a new PS, Hard Drive, OS System...and after all the painful reinstalling of Pro Tools etc...everything is back up and running.
Only problem is...now when I'm editing and recording. I will get alot of random pops during playback. Which before didn't happen. My first guess was/is my monitors are going out. But when I play music through them or watch videos, I don't hear pops etc...and during editing I'm using MIDI so its not within the audio to where I would need to place crossfades etc... So If anyone has any advice or suggestions I would really much appreciate it. I just want the random pops to stop!
